Nursery: At least 3 years old
Pre-Kinder: 4 years old as of August 31
Kinder: 5 years old as of August 31

Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
Photocopy of Baptismal certificate
Most recent (1) 2x2 photo with white background
For incoming Grade 1 - DepEd issued Learner Reference Number (LRN) and ECCD Checklist from your current Kindergarten school
For transferees - Certified True Copy of SF9 (Report Card)

Step 1: Register
You may register online through the form above, or you can fill out the enrollment form at the school office.
Step 2: Submit Requirements
Please submit the requirements in the office.
Step 3: Settle the Reservation or Enrollment Fee

Step 4: Wait for the Confirmation Email
We will notify you once your child’s enrollment has been processed.
Step 5: Attend the New Student & Parent Orientation
This orientation is required for all new families as we welcome you into our school community.

Present the report card and reservation slip on enrollment day.
Settle the enrollment fees.
Attend the orientation for returning students.
